Refund Policy

Effective July 27, 2026

Try before you buy. Coach offers a free trial — three days of full access to every surface, with no credit card required — precisely so you can judge the real output quality before paying anything. The trial begins the first time you send a message to a coach, runs for three days from that moment, and is subject to a usage allowance that is generous enough to complete substantial work. Anything you write during the trial remains yours and stays in your account whether or not you go on to buy.

All sales are final. Because paid access delivers its value immediately (AI generation costs are incurred as you use it), purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Season Pass. A one-time purchase for the current application season. Non-refundable.

Monthly plan. Renews automatically each month. Cancel anytime by emailing collegeaisupport@gmail.com — say “cancel my subscription” and include the email you paid with or your session link. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. No prorated refunds for partial months.

Billing mistakes. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), email us within 14 days and we will make it right.
